Optim also works closely with experienced clinical specialists who offer CEU-eligible training programs, helping clinicians meet continuing education requirements while gaining practical, real-world experience with MobileFEES. Training can be provided onsite or virtually, and ongoing technical support is available to support long-term success.

Optim’s 2-year warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues related to internal components, image quality, and system functionality that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling. During the warranty period, Optim will repair or replace covered components at no cost, ensuring reliable performance and peace of mind for your clinical team.

TIMS annual subscriptions include comprehensive training, ongoing technical support, all software upgrades, and access to live phone support available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

All repairs are performed at Optim’s Sturbridge, Massachusetts facility by trained technicians. Each unit receives a full evaluation and service report, with no repairs completed without customer approval. Most repairs are turned around within 7–10 business days, and loaner equipment may be available to help minimize downtime.
