Sheldon earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Missouri-Rolla, now called Missouri S&T, with a minor in Mathematics. He began his professional life creating plastic image bundles for a small company linked to Washington University in St. Louis Missouri. He continued his career working for companies that developed and manufactured light sources coupled to fiber optics and other optical components. He transitioned into the coating industry at Holliston, Holdings LLC turning woven cloth into book and passport covers. He now returns to his roots in fiberoptics and medical devices at Optim where he employs a scientific approach to all challenges through the eyes of a physicist.
Lisa is the Marketing Communications and Customer Service Manager with Optim LLC. Lisa has worked on all aspects of marketing and customer service as well as product development for Optim. Lisa has a BSBA with a concentration in Marketing from Nichols College as well as her Associates Degree in Graphic Design through Sessions College.
Senior Level Operations Director, Engineering Director, and Cross Functional Team Leader with manufacturing, design, process, and applications experience in a variety of industries including medical, electronics, military, automotive, telecommunications, and pulp and paper. Paul has more than 20 years of experience as both Engineering and Operations Director having earned his BSME and MSOM from Western New England University.
Drew is responsible for the management of sales activities and execution of strategic sales plans for Optim’s Medical Division. Drew brings more than two decades of experience in the medical sales industry, with 16 years devoted to the ENT space in both sales, market development, and management roles. He is an Alumnus of the University of Georgia where he completed a BS in Biology and Physics and earned an MBA at Georgia State University.
Cliff has more than 30 years’ experience in quality and operations management. He has an extensive background in the manufacture of fused fiber optics and precision optical components. Cliff’s diverse experience extends from quality management with one of the country’s largest contract medical device companies to time in the defense segment working for both a prime contractor and component manufacturers. Cliff is a senior member of the American Society of Quality as well as a Six Sigma Blackbelt and TWI trainer.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in R&D, Design, Project Management, Product Development, and Production. He has over 20 years of experience managing engineering teams, both domestic and international. Jeff has been involved in a variety of industries with 20 years of experience directly associated with flexible endoscopes for both the medical and industrial markets. Jeff received his BSME from Western New England University.
